Naomi Schempp grew up in Garrison, North Dakota, where she first learned the importance of working hard and having high integrity. Her family moved to Des Lacs Burlington in 1997 where she attended and graduated from High School in 1999. She attended two years at Williston State College receiving her Associate’s in Massage Therapy, Associate in Science and Associate in Arts Degrees. From there, she moved to Fargo, North Dakota attending North Dakota State University and graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Speech Communication.

From there, she moved to Fargo, North Dakota attending North Dakota State University and graduating with her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Speech Communication.

Naomi has developed her leadership skills over the years starting as an Executive Team Leader of Guest Services at Target Corporation in 2004 then moving to a Call Center Supervisor role and later Assistant Vice President at Gate City Bank. Over her seven years at Gate City Bank, Naomi managed the day to day office operations, answered client questions and inquiries, maintained a culture of growth, and provided leadership and development to call center team.

In 2014, Naomi felt a calling to use her gifts and talents to reach people for Christ, taking an Operations Coordinator position at Prairie Heights Community Church. In her new role, Naomi lead teams of volunteer leaders, handled finance processes, facilitated group events, and coordinated office management, having a high impact on the organization and the community.

Naomi most recently was involved with Roer’s Property Management Group.

Impact is very important to Naomi and that’s why she is very passionate about volunteering and giving back to her church and to her community. She has been an active volunteer through United Way’s 35 Under 35 Women’s Leadership Program as a session chair, volunteer coordinator, and executive committee member. She has also given countless hours as children’s ministry logistic specialist, event planner consultant, and financial and human resource volunteer at Prairie Heights Community Church.
