Sydney started working at the age of 16 in the retail industry. She then spent time as a child care worker in a large daycare center for several years, shifting to a nanny position during her college years. She considers Great North Insurance the best start to her career. Sydney has taken part in many volunteering opportunities, such as with YWCA children, participating in ‘Day of Caring’, The Great North Pole, Habitat for Humanities, and was previously a part of a service group called STLF. Sydney strives to push the limits and challenge herself on a multitude of different levels. She is excited to bring her versatile skill set to the team which allows her to play a role in a variety of the day to day operations.

Sydney enjoys the amenities of residing in downtown Fargo with her dog Xavier. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, shopping, time at the dog park, and summer weekends at the lake with friends and family.
